Open up rocket league with uMod (See following tutorial : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M6Ae8UAXgl0) and add both .dds file. You need to have a render quality lower or equivalent to "Quality" and select the merc with the classic Dot decal + Finland flag + christmas trail.

V1.1 : Custom Flag in game + Custom Boost trail
