Timb-Mobile animated decal for the Dot Matrix

It is a decal that makes your car mostly black with floating boots (timbs). Uses the Breakout, and the Dot Matrix.

Install the decal from the google drive link

Install umod

Extract the contents of the .zip to a folder

Read the readme.txt

Drag the 2 .dds files into umod

Equip brown paint and boot (added affect)

Enjoy
